118th Argentine Polo Open Championship

Palermo is ready to greet the world's best polo !

At the Polo’s cathedral, a stadium located in Palermo's neighborhood in the City of Buenos Aires, polo players show their talent and skills.

On Saturday November 19, La Dolfina and Chapa Uno will be in charge to play the opening match of the 118th. Argentine Polo Open Championship, in Palermo, the world's most awaited polo competition. The day's second match will have La Aguada and Pilará playing on field #1.

There are over 3,000 Argentine polo players but every few of them are internationally famous and they belong to the most traditional families, such as Bautista, Horacio, Alberto and Eduardo Heguy; Juan Carlos Harriot, Alfredo Harriot, Adolfo Cambiasso, Enrique Alberdi, Juan A. Traill, Mariano Aguerre, Javier Novillo Astrada .

As usual, the Argentine Open in Palermo will showcase the world's best eight teams, up to 39 goals, broken down into two leagues. The final is due on Saturday December 10th.
